Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Process customer orders, requests, and returns accurately using our internal software.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our database systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Attend daily morning briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work options.
