Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
