Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Build rapport with clients and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Qualifications
