Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through ongoing training sessions and self-study.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (home office setup preferred).
- Ability to work full-time (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
