Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop improved service strategies.
