Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately log customer interactions and account details into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify common issues and improve service protocols.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new team members.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Qualifications
