Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
