Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data in our internal databases.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and account verifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Provide feedback on common customer trends to improve service delivery.
- Adapt to new software tools and company policies quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Must be available for full-time shifts.
