Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat by answering questions and resolving complaints professionally.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our internal database systems.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Process Orders: Process transactions and ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
