Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the company database.
- Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Qualifications
