- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone/email/chat
- Resolve issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
- Meet daily performance metrics (response time, CSAT)
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
- Support marketing campaigns through customer outreach
Qualifications
