Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation (if on-site) or stable internet connection (if remote).
