Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain and update customer records with detailed notes on interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
