Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold company standards.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus for shift rotations.
