Job Overview
As an Entry Level Representative, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service. You will be trained extensively to handle complex client needs and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on rapid, accurate resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse client base to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM systems for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and exceed key performance indicators.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to suggest additional services or product improvements.
- Train new hires and mentor junior team members on company policies and operational procedures.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
