- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through our structured training program.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
