Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer data into our internal database systems.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of customer tickets.
- Update and maintain organizational files and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (30+ WPM preferred).
