Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats professionally and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and update customer information, sales data, and records into our proprietary CRM software.
- Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while verifying all details for accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and transaction records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Training Support: Assist in onboarding new hires by sharing best practices and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We teach you everything you need to know.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
