Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Update customer records and maintain organized documentation of all transactions.
- Assist in training new team members and participate in daily performance meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (College degree preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but we welcome eager beginners.
