Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers and visitors with a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing customer questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer records and company data in our internal systems.
- Customer Support: Assist the sales and support team in processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
