Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records for client accounts.
- Research: Conduct basic market research and compile reports to assist the sales team.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and achieve daily targets.
- Documentation: Update customer profiles and document interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We are looking for candidates willing to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
