Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop product knowledge

- Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry and filing
