Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
