Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and documents
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with office organization, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Support data entry, filing systems, and record maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving approach with can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Previous office experience highly desirable
