Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate office supply inventory
- Support event planning and logistics for company meetings and client functions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
