Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for department executives
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records
- Support daily operations by answering phones, greeting clients, and managing correspondence
- Assist with onboarding new hires and prepare essential onboarding materials
- Organize digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
