Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department executives including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software
- Coordinate cross-functional communications and assist in project documentation
- Handle incoming communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork coordination
- Support office operations including supply inventory management and vendor communications
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for administrative workflows
Qualifications
