Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate team meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route inquiries appropriately
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy across departments
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
- Support event planning and logistics for company meetings and workshops
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks including expense reports and invoice processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
