Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for records and documentation
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation materials
- Support event coordination and logistics for internal meetings and client functions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM and project management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
