Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation coordination
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM and HRIS systems
Qualifications
