Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings for department heads
- Handle confidential document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping with precision
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications

Qualifications
