Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex logistics
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain digital filing systems with precise data entry and document management
- Assist in meeting preparation including agenda creation, materials assembly, and minute-taking
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with strict adherence to policies
- Support office inventory management and supply procurement

Qualifications
