Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding new employees and orientation materials
- Support departmental projects with data entry and documentation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
- Act as first point of contact for visitor greeting and assistance
Qualifications
