Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain executive calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in-office.
