Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and meeting coordination including scheduling, catering, and logistics
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and business documents
- Act as first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
