Job Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for driving revenue through exceptional customer engagement, maintaining our high standards of service, and contributing to a positive store culture.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class customer service by answering questions, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual standards, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer retention rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Admin Tasks: Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping of sales data.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
