Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and resolving issues
- Sell bank products and services through needs-based conversations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions according to bank policies
- Adhere to strict security protocols for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance
- Operate digital banking tools including ATMs, online portals, and mobile apps
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking procedures and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10-15 lbs
- Pass background check and credit screening
