Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks with 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with routine account inquiries and balance transfers.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) terminals and cash recycling machines efficiently.
- Ensure the accuracy of daily cash drawers and reconcile end-of-day settlements.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for savings products and credit cards.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security protocols and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as part of our hiring process.
