Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Assist in developing engaging social media content, blog posts, and newsletters that align with brand voice.
- Social Media Strategy: Monitor and manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive engagement and community growth.
- SEO & Analytics: Support basic SEO efforts and track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and audience demographics.
- Email Marketing: Help design and distribute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure all marketing materials are high-quality and on-brand.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, basic understanding of SEO principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics is a plus but not required.
- Mindset: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new digital marketing techniques.
- Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
