- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Manage inventory by scanning items and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
