Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment with proper training
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Complete daily paperwork and digital tracking systems accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation to 4500 Gulf Freeway facility
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Flexibility to work morning/afternoon/evening shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
