Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing paid training
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with precision
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while following safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Use warehouse management systems for tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville facility
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
- Pass background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
