Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages and materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices with accuracy.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipments meet company standards.
- Assist in the packing and labeling process for outgoing orders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior logistics or warehouse experience required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami location.
- Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts as needed.
