Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Organize inventory on the warehouse floor and maintain a clean workspace.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for verifying orders and inventory counts.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we value attitude over experience!
