Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Assist in training new team members on company products, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
