Responsibilities
- Delocate customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Master our product knowledge base and support systems during training
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior agents to resolve complex issues
- Identify trends for process improvements
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Adhere to SLA and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)

- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends
