Responsibilities
- Participate in structured, paid training modules to master technical support protocols and customer service best practices.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat by troubleshooting technical issues and answering product inquiries.
- Log all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively into our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with senior support agents and team leads to resolve complex client problems efficiently.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Stay updated on new product features and software updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.

- Reliable home office setup (high-speed internet and computer) if working remotely, or ability to commute to the San Diego office.
