Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Learn and utilize our advanced CRM software to track interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support database.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
