Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with equipment setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with diverse clientele.
- Attend daily training sessions and complete required coursework to meet trainee milestones.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web-based applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
