Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Learn and utilize our internal CRM and ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
- Assist in diagnosing software and hardware problems for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups and weekly training workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
